Mindfulness Workshop at the National Conference of Australian Counselling Association

I had the privilege to present a 90 minute Mindfulness Workshop, which was well attended. The workshop looked at the theory and practice of mindfulness including the theory of the mind. It provided useful tools and techniques for the therapists to incorporate mindfulness in their practice and ended with a 15 minute guided meditation.
