My name is Jon and I am a registered counsellor and mindfulness educator, who is passionate about consciousness and helping others to discover meaningful ways to live. I work with clients struggling with stress, anxiety, trauma, depression, mental illness and self-esteem issues.

I have been practising meditation and mindfulness for over 10 years and it became an essential part of my daily life. Mindfulness helps me to live in the moment and be fully present with people I work with.

I currently live in Brisbane and lead group and corporate mindfulness workshops in addition to my psychotherapy private practice – Conscious Beginnings.  As part of my commitment to the community, I also runs free Mindfulness workshops on Tuesdays in West End.

Life can be difficult at times. The good news is that you don’t have to deal with stress, anxiety and depression on your own. Conscious Beginnings offers a supportive care and understanding that empowers you to get clarity and meaning in life.
