Mindfulness through Vipassana Meditation

There are many ways to cultivate mindfulness in our lives. In this article, I will discuss about an ancient meditation method which was used by Buddha. My first introduction to this mindfulness meditation was more than 8 years ago and it has definitely changed my life. At the time, I was depressed and confused about my direction in life.
